A portion of our work includes counseling and consulting on real estate matters with select clients. The services we provide include portfolio review and analysis; organizing and executing strategies for the acquisition and disposition of real estate; facilitating achievement of governmental approvals, zoning and entitlements; market reviews and economic analysis; and conceptual planning and programming of development or redevelopment sites.
Prior assignments have included:
- Repositioning of highly specialized manufacturing facilities for general business and recreational uses;
- Organizing a value-maximizing approach for disposition of excess real estate and real estate partnership interests;
- Achieving zoning and entitlements for the development of environmentally sensitive property;
- Master-planning large undeveloped parcels and urban redevelopment sites; and
- Coordinating the design, development and construction of a luxury hotel.
