Daniel T. Klutznick, Vice President

Mr. Klutznick started his career in real-estate development in 1989 with The John Buck Company working as a financial analyst assisting on the development of 515 North State Street, the renovation and expansion of the Chicago Marriott on Michigan Avenue and property management of 35 West Wacker Drive. He moved to San Francisco in 1992 to work for Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities LLC), an investment banking and institutional brokerage firm, as an equity/position trader. In 1996, Mr. Klutznick returned to Chicago and joined Thomas J. Klutznick Company. He has been involved in financial analysis, design, leasing, financing, construction and property/asset management for both 730 North Michigan Avenue and The Peninsula Chicago Hotel development projects. Mr. Klutznick was graduated from Tufts University in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
