John F. Gagnier, Vice President

Currently working with Mr. Himmel on the development of AOL Time Warner Center in New York, Mr. Gagnier joined Thomas J. Klutznick Company in 1991 and has been responsible for development and property management activities. He has been involved in all aspects of the 730 North Michigan Avenue development and recently completed an assignment as Development Manager for the planning and construction of The Peninsula Chicago Hotel. In that capacity, he interfaced between the development staff and construction and design professionals and was the liaison to the majority owner of the hotel, The HongKong and Shanghai Hotels, Ltd. On that project, he was also responsible for budget production and cost analysis, schedule management and the phased turnover of the property to the hotel operator, working closely with the general contractor's staff on problem notification and solutions. On Phase I of the project he was responsible for financial analysis and assisted with the leasing and financing of the project. He was graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989 with a B.S. in Economics.
