F. Klutznick, Vice President
Mr. Klutznick began his real-estate career with Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray
Co. in Denver in 1986, after his involvement in construction coordination
and hotel management at the Lodge at Pebble Beach and the opening
of The Inn and Links at Spanish Bay. While at MKDG he focused on the
hospitality and retail sectors. He was heavily involved in the construction
management, opening and retail leasing activity for The Little Nell
hotel and adjacent shops in Aspen, Colorado. While in Aspen, he was
also responsible for the approval and construction of employee housing
for Aspen Skiing Company. With Thomas J. Klutznick Company since 1992,
his primary responsibility is the oversight of partnership activities
and transactions at Desert Ridge where he managed the development
of Wildfire Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course designed
by Arnold Palmer. Mr. Klutznick was graduated from the University
of Colorado and currently resides in Denver.
