Steven
R. Rudolph, Senior Vice President
Mr. Rudolph has worked with Mr. Klutznick for nearly 15 years. With
him, he oversees development activities and is responsible for acquisitions,
finance, leasing, and contractual and legal relationships. He has
been involved with all aspects of the 730 North Michigan Avenue development
and oversees partnership matters relating to the Company's involvement
in Desert Ridge. Prior to joining Thomas J. Klutznick Company in 1991,
he was Vice President of Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co. in Chicago
where he worked on the firm's co-development of 515 North State Street
and the planning of nearby blocks. Before his work there, he was an
associate at the law firm of Armstrong, Teasdale Kramer & Vaughan
(now Armstrong, Teasdale LLP) of St. Louis, Missouri, where he practiced
corporate and real estate law. Mr. Rudolph has a Masters of Management
from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management,
a J.D. from the College of Law, University of Illinois and a B.S.
in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois and
Missouri Bars.
