As co-managing partner in Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co. Mr. Klutznick was responsible for the renovation of The Lodge at Pebble Beach and the development of a new lodging, golf and residential complex - The Inn & Links at Spanish Bay.

Occupying the site of a former silica mine that had been in operation since the 1950's and had provided sand for golf courses as far away as Hawaii, the 236-acre Spanish Bay resort was the highlight of Pebble Beach Company's master development plan for its famed Del Monte Forest, an exclusive residential community of 2,500 homes on California's Monterey Peninsula.

The Inn at Spanish Bay stands at the edge of the Del Monte Forest, barely 300 yards from the Pacific Ocean shore. Accommodations consist of 270 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, each with its own fireplace. Baths are finished in Italian marble. Most guest rooms offer a private balcony or patio. Dining choices include three restaurants as well as 24-hour room service. Other amenities include eight tennis courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a health club and a spa.
