Los Angeles's Century City, with its looming clusters of offices, banks and hotels and luxurious condominium complexes, stands on what was once part of Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation's studio lot. On 6 of the 63 acres that Fox had retained for its feature film and television production, Mr. Klutznick and his partners in Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co. developed the prominent Fox Plaza. Completed in 1986, this 34-story granite and glass structure contains 711,115 square feet of rentable office space and adjoins a 1,820-space, six-level parking structure. Upon completion, Fox Plaza immediately became - and remains today - an elegant new landmark for Los Angeles and for Century City.
