Thomas J. Klutznick Company_Projects_Planned Communities_Desert Ridge, Phoenix

For more than 15 years, Mr. Klutznick has been engaged in the planning and development of one of the largest master-planned communities in the State of Arizona. That project, named Desert Ridge, consists of more than 5,700 acres in an area of Phoenix known as the Northeast Valley. The plan, to be developed in phases, envisions a community that will have, upon completion, more than 15,000 residences housing approximately 50,000 people; 5 million square feet of commercial development; a 950-room resort hotel and spa with two championship golf courses and 252 time-share units; a 524-acre high-tech industrial park; 11 schools; and 1,100 acres of parks and open space.
