730 North Michigan Avenue received the 1998 "Best New Development" award presented by the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, the 1998 ISP/VM+SD International Store Design award for "Best Façade" and has been declared "a bravura performance" by Conde Nast's House & Garden magazine.
